Addition Property of Equality:             If a = b than a + c = b + c

Subtraction Property of Equality:        If a = b than a - c = b - c

Multiplication Property of Equality:    If a = b than a (c) = b (c)

Division Property of Equality:              If a = b than a / c = b / c

Examples for each property with practice problems for each one
